Notes from three levels above Martin Place

Dining room stories, menu pathways, rooftop moments, and event guidance from The International.

Panorama Bar

Rooftop gatherings at Panorama Bar

Panorama Bar brings rooftop seating, city views, cocktails, snacks, sticks, and group bookings into one skyline setting.

High above Martin Place, Panorama Bar is our rooftop setting for cocktails, snacks, skyline views, and group bookings that can stay casual or become a full occasion.

The menu leans into oysters, sashimi, prawn toast, scallops, calamari, fries, and sticks from eggplant to wagyu flank, matching the pace of a social bar.

The Wine Bar

A Wine Bar built for the middle of the city

The Wine Bar gathers oysters, crudo, pasta, pizza, steak frites, snacks, and generous group menus around a social CBD rhythm.

The Wine Bar is made for movement: a quick plate at the counter, a proper lunch, a bottle with friends, or a group table that rolls from snacks into pasta, pizza, and steak frites.

Our published group menus keep the experience easy for shared tables while the a la carte menu gives guests room to build their own path.

The Grill

Live fire above Martin Place

The Grill brings seafood, steak, seasonal produce, and polished service into an indoor-outdoor dining room in the Sydney CBD.

Our Grill menu moves from oysters, raw fish, potted crab, and live-fire snacks into steak, seafood, pastas, sides, and composed desserts.

Guests come for the ceremony of the room as much as the food: the open kitchen, city-facing balcony, attentive service, and the kind of table that can carry a celebration or a long lunch.
