The Grill Autumn 2026 menu is published

The current Grill menu includes oysters, raw and chilled seafood, live-fire snacks, steak, signatures, pasta, vegetables, and desserts.

Published dishes include Sydney Rock Oysters, Fruits de Mer, Potted Crab, Tuna Crudo, Raw Beef, Barbecued Fremantle Octopus, Risotto cacio e pepe, steak cuts, The International Burger, Russian Honey Cake, and Dark Chocolate Souffle.

Wine Bar a la carte and group menus

The Wine Bar menu supports snacks, small plates, pasta, pizza, larger plates, sides, dessert, and group banquets.

The a la carte menu includes oysters, AP Bakery baguette, raw tuna crumpet, snapper sanga, gnocchetti with blue swimmer crab, Margherita pizza, steak frites, and Dark Chocolate Cremeux.

Panorama Bar group bookings

Panorama Bar supports group bookings on the rooftop with snacks, sticks, cocktails, and skyline views.

The official group page notes bookings for up to 30 people with no minimum spend, while the events page supports larger rooftop hire for mixed seated and standing gatherings.
